Noblespirit’s Tahitian Princess

Our Tahitian Princess, Lola out of our AM GCH, CAN GCHS Treebeard’s Open The Pod Doors x GCH Northrock’s Noble Spirit litter is our keeper pup. Lola with her striking head and beautiful features has developed into a well-built pup who carries with her, style and presence, a real eye catcher! Lola has an easy attitude and casual confidence about her as she struts her stuff. At the SD&G Dog Association show in Maxville on August 24, 2024 was awarded Select B!tch and Best Puppy in Breed. We are grateful to Judge Elaine Lessig for finding Lola amongst such very fine competition. Lola continued her winning streak when Judge Susan Dillan placed her as Best Puppy in Group, thank you so much Judge Susan Dillan. We are eternally grateful to Judge Ricardo Saldana when from a beautiful lineup of puppies, he awarded Lola BEST PUPPY IN SHOW.  Three different judges found her amongst such stellar competition that day, making us so incredibly proud! Young Lola shone under the guidance of her handler Jaime Larkman who piloted her through each and every victory. Pointed towards her Grand Championship, the future looks bright indeed.

Lola finished 2024 as Canada’s #1 Barbet Puppy.

River

Noblespirit’s Ms. Mellow Yellow

River is out of our AM GCH, CAN GCHS Treebeard’s Open The Pod Doors x GCH Northrock’s Noble Spirit’s 2023 litter. A looker from day one, with that beautiful head and sound structure, it was obvious this youngster had a bright future ahead. At eight months old MBPIB CH Noblespirit’s Mellow Yellow (River) was the first of the 3 pups to earn her CKC Championship at the Pineridge Kennel Club dog show in Norwood. Judge Tempest Deptuch awarded River Best of Opposite in the morning show on July 9, 2024 clinching her title. This fun-filled, cheeky and charming youngster is living her best life with Geoff Lawson and Robin Graham, together we co-own this beauty. We are all so proud of this pup!

Bonnie

MBPIG MBPIB CKC GCH
Northrock’s Noble Spirit

Bonnie was our “keeper” pup from our CH Northrock’s Sweet Marie x GCH Treebeard’s Jack Of All Trades litter. She has such sweet and gentle nature about her. A prolific swimmer, Bonnie loves nothing better than coming upon the pond with geese or ducks or even better, both fowls at the same time using the pond. A fantastic opportunity for her to practice those swimming skills not to mention honing her natural bird skills.

Slow to get into the conformation show ring due to Covid 19 we finally made our way to the first summer Conformation Show of 2021 in the beginning of July at the Champlain Dog Show where Bonnie went “Best of Opposite” earning her a 3 point major, “Best Puppy in Breed” and later “Best Puppy in Group.“ A fabulous start to her show career. She barely skipped a beat after that show achieving her CKC Championship at the Cornwall District Kennel Club dog show at the beginning of September 2021. Pointed towards her Grand Championship that weekend, she achieved her Grand Championship mid October at the United Kennel Club dog show in Saint-Lazare, QC. It was a real pleasure to show Bonnie amongst such outstanding competition.

On November 13, 2023 Bonnie had an outstanding litter of 9 beautiful pups. Our “I Scream For Ice Cream” litter proved to be such a fun bunch of characters, full of amazing, warm personalities not to mention the outstanding substance. We are so thrilled to have yet another group of outstanding puppy people to take the Ice Cream Litter forward in life. Bonnie is mum to Lola, River and Mocha.

MBPIB MBPIG CH Noblespirit’s Muskoka Mocha – Mocha

Mocha is out of our AM GCH, CAN GCHS Treebeard’s Open The Pod Doors x Northrock’s Noble Spirit Nov 13, 2023 litter. This gentle young dog has been such a delight. He exudes charm wherever he goes. To know Mocha is to love Mocha. MBPIB MBPIG CH Noblespirit’s Muskoka Mocha (Mocha) at the Grey-Bruce Kennel Club dog show in Owen Sound at the beginning of August, 2024 earned his CKC Championship. Thank you to Judge Mel Saranchuk for his Best of Breed, Best of Winners and Best Puppy in Breed wins that day. Mocha, along this short journey of dog showing, garnered multiple Best of Breed and Best Puppy in Group placings. Mocha has since moved onwards to his best life in the fantastic home of Stephen and Karen. They simply adore him and we look forward to following his future adventures.

CKC/UKC CH Northrock’s Forever Yours CGN – Marie

There is so much to admire about Marie, she is loyal and dedicated with a flirtatious and playful attitude, she loves nothing better than a good Frisbee session. We discovered very early that Marie also has a strong work ethic, has intense focus and being a very intelligent dog, she learns quickly. She has an innate ability to observe a situation and act accordingly, I always trust her instincts. She is a very athletic female with a medium prey drive.

As a youngster, together Marie and I took up competing in the Conformation show ring and quickly accomplished 2 Champion titles at limited showing all Owner Handled. 

Using the Northrock kennel name coupled with Stephanie Dixon’s invaluable mentorship, Marie has been co-bred twice. She was our foundation female. Both times pups were born and raised with us here on the farm. She is dam to Pinkie and Bonnie and a granddam to Lola and River. Marie has since retired and spends her day ruling the roost.
